About the Dutch Grand Prix Circuit
Circuit Zandvoort Details: 2026 F1 Season
Zandvoort returned to the Formula 1 calendar in 2021 after undergoing a major transformation. The most significant changes included the introduction of two prominent banked corners. The now 4.259-kilometre track features 14 turns, and Dromo Circuit Design, the firm responsible for the redesign, aimed to emulate the challenging nature of Eau Rouge and Raidillon at Spa, and Silverstone's fast sweep of Maggots and Becketts, as the fastest F1 cars to date are sent thundering around a new and improved circuit.

Fittingly, it was Max Verstappen who delivered an emphatic victory in front of his home fans in 2021, marking Circuit Zandvoort's triumphant return to Formula 1. The two prominent banked corners are the Arie Luyendykbocht (Turn 14) and the Hugenholtzbocht (Turn 3), both featuring a significant slope of 32% (18 degrees).
